Fluffy American-style pancakes perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour: 1 1/2 Cup
- Baking Powder: 3 1/2 TSP
- Salt: 1 TSP
- Sugar: 1 TBSP
- Milk: 1 1/4 Cup
- Eggs: 1 Each
- Butter (Melted): 3 TBSP
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Mix the wet ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir into wet ingredients (no more than 10 times! You will make chewy pancakes!)
- Heat a griddle to 375, oil lightly.
- Drop by 1/4 capfuls onto hot griddle. When 12 bubbles form, flip. Serve with butter and syrup
