Yummy shortbread cookies for any occasion.
Ingredients
- Eggs (Separated): 6 Each
- Granulated sugar (Separated): 1/2 Cup, 2 TBSP
- All-purpose flour (Sifted): 1 Cup
Instructions
- Beat egg yolks with sugar until sugar has dissolved.
- Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into yolk mixture.
- Put finished mix in a pastry bag. Squeeze out cookies onto parchment so they are about 2" long.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven 10-15 minutes until lightly brown.
