Simple but good sweet carrot side dish
Ingredients
- Carrots: 1 Lbs
- Pepper: 1/4 TSP
- Salt: 1/2 TSP
- Honey: 2 TBSP
- Brown sugar: 1/3 Cup
- Butter: 3 TBSP
Instructions
- Peel and cut carrots into disks 1/4 inch thick. Steam until crisp-tender.
- Mix remaining ingredients and cook on medium low with carrots in a skillet until glaze forms and thickens
