- Potatoes (Chopped): 3 Qty
- Onions (Chopped): 1 Qty
- Chicken (Whole, Roaster): 1 Qty
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt butter and mix with minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Rub butter mixture over the chicken and place in a roasting pan.
- Surround chicken with chopped carrots, potatoes, and onions.
- Roast for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
